Each new Service Plan requres a $50.00 Postage Deposit

There is no charge for envelopes


Letters:	postage plus $2.50 handling per C5 or B4 envelope
Parcels:	postage plus 40% handling
Faxes:	(receiving)	$1.10 per A4 page
	(sending)	Local $1.55 for the 1st page, then $1.10 for each page thereafter

Scanning:	$1.10 per page
Mail drop:	postage plus $0.55 per letter

Example 1 – Silver Service Plan
Week 1. You’ve received 6 letters and a 1 page fax and you wish to have your mail forwarded to Alice Springs. The 6 letters and the printed fax are sealed in a C4 envelope. Postage for the envelope is $2.45. The handling fee is $2.50. Fax receiving fee is $1.10. A total of $6.05 will be deducted from your Postage Deposit.

Week 2. You’ve received 8 letters and you wish to have your mail forwarded to Darwin. The 8 letters are sealed in a C4 envelope. Postage for the envelope is $2.45. The handling fee is $2.50. A total of $4.95 will be deducted from your Postage Deposit.

Total: $11.00

Example 2 – Platinum Service Plan
Week 1. You’ve checked your free email (your.name@special-delivery.com.au) and you can see that you've received 6 letters and a 1 page fax. One of the letters was an overdue council rates notice which you asked to have scanned and emailed to you. The fax was also emailed to you. You ask to have 3 of the letters shredded as they are junk mail. The other 2 items are not urgent, so you don't request any mail to be forwarded this week. The scanning fee is $1.10 and the fax receiving is $1.10. A total amount of $2.20 will be deducted from your Postage Deposit.

Week 2. You’ve received 8 letters and you wish to have your mail forwarded to Darwin. You've asked to have 3 of the letters shredded as they are junk mail. The remaining 8 letters (3 from week 1, 5 from week 2) are sealed in a C4 envelope. Postage for the envelope is $2.45. The handling fee is $2.50. A total of $4.95 will be deducted from your Postage Deposit.
